Leading in Turbulent Times - Role of Management Education

Business schools across the world are being faced with a great challenge in the Ensuing economic crisis. While Deans and professors are questioning the structure and content of management education in the twenty-first century, business schools are searching for a way to contribute to the global economic recovery.

How can trust be rebuilt in business schools in general and the MBA programme in particular?
There are many who argue that business schools can improve their quality by taking eyes off the rankings. And that schools need to account for how well their graduates do in the career span versus the present focus on starting salaries.

Keeping this in mind, the 21st Annual Management Education Convention of AIMS had a focus on the topic - ‘Leading in Turbulent Times - Role of Management
